Description: The Gospel is as easy as John 3:16. The Gospel is as free as the love of Christ. The good news of Jesus can be understood and believed by little children. But why is it then that so many people never really grasp the Gospel? Outright reject the Gospel? Because the “easy” Gospel, is impossible to believe by human powers. The “free” Gospel requires a costly sacrifice of our human reason. The good news of Jesus is often misunderstood and rejected - even by the brightest and best minds the world has to offer. Belief in the Gospel is not a matter of IQ. It's a matter of spiritual intelligence – understanding, insight, and trust that only the Holy Spirit can give. Only through the Spirit, can we truly understand and believe God's good news. May Jesus bless us with the faith of a child: Eager to hear the Word and devour the Bread of Life!
