Helping Christians Obtain Treatment for Mental Illness – Part 1

Instructor: John Schuetze

Description:
As called workers in a Lutheran congregation, we bring people to Christ and help them grow in their relationship with Christ. But sometimes mental illness interferes with that process. In this course, we will look at the history of mental health care, the mental health service systems, and an overview of the diagnosis and treatment process. All of this will help us help those in need and, in turn, will help us minister to them on a spiritual level as well.
