Biography:
Professor Wordell joined the seminary faculty in the fall of 2015. He serves as the seminary’s World Mission Seminary Professor and professor of systematic theology and Old Testament studies. From 1999 to 2015, he served in Japan as missionary, Friendly Counselor to the Lutheran Evangelical Christian Church in Japan and Multi-Language Publications Regional Coordinator for Asia. He also served at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, from 1992 to 1999.
