Online courses allow you to participate in formal continuing education, without traveling away for your home and office. Course activities are asynchronous and somewhat flexible, which means you can fit your learning into your weekly schedule. Join one of the five courses for Spring Online 2025. Note that the duration of the course varies from course to course; each one is eight, ten, or twelve weeks. All courses begin on January 20. They are for-credit courses. Those credits could count towards an STM degree, but pastors are not required to enter the program in pursuit of a degree. New courses include Using Bible Stories to Teach Leadership in a Congregational Setting (Pastoral Leadership) and Preaching the Word: Building on a Strong Foundation (Preaching and Worship).
