STM Advisor Request FORM

STM advisors inform their advisees about upcoming courses, help their advisees plan their course for completing the degree, and often serve as directed research advisor or thesis advisor. STM students who have decided the focus area in which they wish to pursue their STM degree may request an STM advisor using this form. The Grow in Grace director, in consultation with the appropriate faculty department, will seek WLS faculty approval of the appointment of the STM advisor.
