On Sunday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m., the Seminary Chorus will appear at St. John Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, once the largest and one of the most historic churches in WELS. The congregation was founded in 1848, and its 1889 twin-spired edifice still stands at the corner of Eighth and Vliet Streets, just across the river from downtown Milwaukee. Formerly pastored by two presidents of WELS, its parsonage served as “synodical headquarters” for over 50 years. Come hear the Chorus on March 13 and support this congregation with your presence.
