Jon Hein
Biography:
Jonathan Hein served in the Charleston, SC area from 1997 to 2017. In those twenty years, he helped establish two WELS congregations in that community. He served as chairman of the South Atlantic District Mission Board from 2007 to 2014, overseeing the work of approximately 30 missions in the southeastern United States and the Caribbean. From 2014 to 2017, Jon served as the director of WELS Commission on Congregational Counseling, while remaining part-time in his South Carolina parish. He now serves full-time at the Center for Mission and Ministry as the coordinator of WELS Congregational Services in Waukesha, WI.
